STANDARD MATS
You may return your M+A Matting Solutions* purchase for any reason within 30 days of delivery for a full refund in the original form of payment. After 30 days and up to 60 days of delivery, you may exchange your M+A purchase. Please contact us for return instructions.
If your mat is defective or was damaged in shipment, please reach out to us at care@mamattingsolutions.com.
If you believe your mat is not performing as designed for a reasonable service lifetime, please reach out to us. We stand behind our products and their performance. If your mat isn't performing as it was designed, we'll gladly replace it or help you find a solution that better suits your environment/use. Email us at care@mamattingsolutions.com.
*Please note, if you purchased your M+A mat through a distributor or another website and not directly from this website (mamattingsolutions.com), you will need to return your mat through that same distributor/website.
CUSTOM MATS
Mats made in custom sizes (i.e. Hog Heaven Custom 5/8" and 7/8") are not eligible for return or exchange unless there is a manufacturer defect or damage during the shipping process. Custom mats are made to order, and like all mats there is a tolerable manufacturing size variance of up to 5%.
