We currently only ship to the 48 contiguous United States, and only to commercial and residential addresses in those states (not to Post Office boxes). We have several distributors who offer shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories and abroad. Orders of $150.00 or more ship for free. All other orders ship for $14.95.
On each product detail page, you can see if the product you're ordering is stocked or if it is made to order. Stocked items typically leave our facility within 48 business hours. Made-to-order items require anywhere from 3 to 7+ business days production time (specific times are listed on each items product detail page).
Most of our mats are shipped via UPS Ground, however, select items are shipped via LTL/Freight due to their size/dimensions.
- 18" modular tiles are shipped via LTL/Freight when a quantity of 25 or more is ordered.
- 36" modular tiles are always shipped via LTL due to their size/dimensions. Because of this, we require a minimum order of four (4) 36" tiles.
- Linkable mats are typically shipped via LTL/Freight due to their size/dimensions. Because of this, we require a minimum order of two (2) linkable mats.
- Workstation mats are typically shipped via LTL/Freight due to their size/dimensions.
Please note: If your purchase ships LTL/Freight, you must have a loading dock in order to receive those items. If you do not have a dock, please contact us so we can discuss alternatives with you.
SHIPPING NOTIFICATION
Once your order is completely fulfilled, you will receive shipping notification. However, if your order includes multiple items, please note that items will ship as they are ready; we will not wait until your order is complete to ship items. Because of this, it's possible that you may receive one or more items in your order before you receiving shipping notification (which is only triggered by the shipping of the last item).
ATTENTION: Many of our mats are rolled for shipping. If your mat(s) arrive rolled, please lay your mat(s) flat and allow them to rest for 24-48 hours before using.
